Sold separately, this module was designed to work hand-in-hand with the Maintenance Coordinator systems. This module can be distributed world wide if needed. All you do is enter your work orders requests, click the Send Email button and off they go to your system administrator.

The system administrator saves the email attachment to the Maintenance Coordinator directory, then opens the Work Orders module and imports the work orders. It really is that simple!

With other options found within the main application the requester can be sent a notice when the work request was received, and when it's completed. Giving the requester complete feedback on their work requests.
