Our personnel management features are extensive. Track every detail about an employee from their date of hire to the date of termination. Include a copy of their resume, warnings, awards, positions held, emergency contact, performance appraisals, their picture, and training completed.  You can attach an almost endless amount of other documents either internally to the program or linked to files on your hard drive. You can also run reports to see who has training coming up for renewal and more.

Accidents or incident tracking includes pre-made investigation forms for the incident itself, the employee involved, and from witnesses. Track and graph how your organization is performing, pin point problem areas, issue corrective actions and more. You can even track workers compensation claims associated with these incidents.

The safety inspections module allows you to create and schedule your own safety inspections. Include as many items as needed per inspection. Once these inspections have been setup the program will schedule new inspections for you automatically. You can also track issues found from these inspection into the database.

Safety inspections and accidents are sure to create a list of safety related action items. Track and set the importance of these tasks with built in punch list module. Sort items by priority, and dates. Print lists and track the completion of these important tasks.

Safety and personnel management requires the use of multiple forms and permits. We have included many of your most needed, pre-made for you. Plus we have given you the ability to create your own forms with the built-in Forms module. This module makes it easy to create professional looking forms with pop-up lists, pop-up calendars and more.

The build in word processor used in Safety Watch includes many professional features. This powerful editor supports multiple fonts, paragraph styles, bullets, numbering and a lot more. This editor is used with your employees’ documents, notes sections and as a stand-alone word processor. Files can even be opened from or saved to the MS-Word format and other popular formats.

With Safety Watch we have given you all these features, and much more, and have packed them in an easy to use Windows based environment. Safety Watch can be setup with password protection with various levels of user’s access.
