Every Alpha Simplicity Care Plan is more than help-desk access. It includes free updates, response-time guarantees, scheduled health checks, and bundled training hours — so your team has a partner who knows your environment intimately and is on the line when it matters.

All plans are billed annually and renew automatically. Out-of-scope work is billed at a discounted hourly rate that's exclusive to plan members.
