The Alpha Simplicity Software Technologies technical support staff is trained to answer your concerns about our product line. As a Premium Product Support subscriber, you are entitled to these additional benefits:

Two (2) hours of free telephone support per month, which can also include thirty minutes of live support via an online Microsoft Teams meeting.

Twenty (20) hours total yearly phone support.

Four (4) hours total support year via Microsoft Teams by appointment only.

Email support for all customers.

Additional 15% minimum discount on major product upgrades (non-support clients not included).

Other periodic offers designed specifically for Premium Product Support subscribers.
*When application customization can be performed in a reasonable time--four (4) hours or less--and/or when customization is deemed as a valuable addition to our product. Alpha Simplicity Software Technologies will determine this decision.
