Premium Product  Support Overview 

The Alpha Simplicity Software Technologies technical support staff is trained to answer your concerns about our product line. As a Premium Product Support subscriber, you are entitled to these additional benefits:  

                               

2 hours of free telephone support per month, which can also include ½ hour of live support via the online Microsoft Teams  Meeting .

Total maximum yearly phone support of 20-hours. $96 per hour for each additional hour using the online Microsoft Teams  Meeting Service, pre-paid, and by appointment only.

Priority email support over non-support subscribers.

Minimum of an additional 12% discount on major product upgrades over non-support clients.

Discounted  product customization, when such customization can be performed in a reasonable time of 4 hours or less, and/or when such customization is deemed by  Alpha Simplicity Software Technologies as a valuable addition to our product. Solely Alpha Simplicity Software Technologies will make this termination.
